We work to align www.alloyandash.com with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our internal accessibility target. WCAG is the internationally recognized standard maintained by the W3C and is the standard most often referenced in U.S. accessibility law. Aligning with WCAG 2.1 Level AA is an ongoing effort, and not every page or feature on the Platform may be fully conformant at any given time.

Our ongoing accessibility work may include:

• improving keyboard navigability and focus management;
• enhancing screen-reader compatibility and semantic structure;
• maintaining adequate color contrast and readable typography;
• providing meaningful alternative text for non-decorative images;
• improving form labels, error identification, and instructions;
• testing the Platform with assistive technologies and on multiple devices.

Some content on the Platform, for example, Maker-supplied photography and video, embedded media, and third-party integrations, may not be fully accessible because we do not control how that content is produced. We will work with content contributors and third-party providers to address accessibility issues we are able to influence.

Tell us where the barrier is and what assistive technology, browser, and operating system you are using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days and to address reported barriers as soon as is reasonably practicable.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will continue to evaluate and improve the Platform.
